Slow Flow Yoga Basics — a five week yoga ‘202’ series

Join us for a late winter 'slow flow' class series, five weeks to explore yoga poses to improve body alignment, flexibility and strength. Developing body awareness and a lovely sense of well being are part of the benefits, too.
This class will be perfect for those who have completed the yoga 101 beginner series and wish to explore further or for those who have taken a few drop in classes but would enjoy a slower and more sequential curriculum.
Drop-ins will be welcome ($12 cash or check), but we encourage purchasing a five week pass ($50 cash or check) so that you commit yourself to the full five weeks sequence. The pass will be available for purchase at the first class. Gift yourself calm thoughts, a healthy body, and a happy soul!
Studio parking is located near the free-standing road sign and in front of the stores after business hours. Our studio has a flight of stairs, therefore is not wheelchair accessible. We sincerely apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
