Join Kathie for Home-Based Yoga classes offered via Zoom!
Morning Flow/Yoga Nidra with Kathie, Sundays at 8:30-10am

Classes are $10 each, registration is required by 6pm the evening before class.
Kathie begins with 45 minutes of an ashtanga style flow that will heat you up by connecting movement with breath in a calm focused dynamic series of postures for strength, flexibility and a quiet mind. Then moves into a 20 minute Yoga Nidra practice that will give you the chance to experience a powerful yoga technique for deep rest.

Zoom is an online meeting platform that is free and easy to use. You do not need an account to participate, however, you can download the software ahead of time for your computer or for your mobile devices at www.zoom.com
10 minutes before class, set yourself up with your mat, props and computer or mobile device. You’ll want to log into the classroom with the Zoom meeting link provided in the email invitation after you register.
If you have not downloaded the software before, you will be prompted to download the software upon clicking the link provided in the email invitation after you register.
Upon entering the classroom, mute yourself if you don’t want to be heard and turn your video off if you don’t want to be seen on the screen.
There will be time before class for greetings and questions, as well as time after class for any follow up questions.
