Please bring your own mat and a yoga block or bathroom towel, and water to stay hydrated! Our studio can safely allow 6 students plus teacher.
What exactly is barre?
A full body workout that will hit our deeper stabilizing muscles, as well as the more well known muscle groups for a complete and thorough session. Barre is heavily influenced by Pilates and yoga, so expect small controlled movements, within long sets, all balanced by well deserved time to stretch. We use our own body weight as resistance in 95% of the class and there is low impact, making these classes open to all levels of experience.
Classes are 50 minutes
“Meet Kristin”
Kristin Clark is a life long enthusiast of all things that make a person feel strong, empowered, and happy. She fell in love with Barre classes and decided that being able to teach fun, mindful sequences to some great tunes, while building strength and confidence sounded like her jam. She completed her BTT 100 at The Portland Yoga Project. Originally hailing from Montana, Kristin has fostered a passion for all things outdoors, and if you can’t find her on her mat, it’s a pretty good bet she’ll be at a river or the slopes depending on the season. Or, with her pups. Or, going to as many concerts as humanly possible...
