All Levels Vinyasa Flow with Sarah

Wednesdays at 5:30-6:30pm 

During this Vinyasa flow you will use breath, movement and meditation to unite mind, body and spirit.

This dynamic series is an all levels class that is designed to link breath with postures and movement to create a challenging, flowing yoga practice.

This increases strength, flexibility and focus while clearing the body of toxins leaving you feeling calm and centered.

Drop-ins welcome, no advance registration required. Classes are $14 each (cash only)
