Meditative Yoga for Body, Mind and Spirit is a slow and thoughtful practice. The slow pace allows for the connection to mind body and spirit.

Meet the Instructor
Beth Wyatt has been teaching yoga since 2008. Beth teaches Phoenix Rising therapeutic yoga.
She is also a certified yoga therapist and a Reiki Shaman Master practitioner.
Drop-ins welcome, no advance registration required. Classes are $14 each (cash only)
