Yin Yoga with Sarah

Yin Yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues –ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles.
Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. Yin Yoga provides relaxation for the body and can be very healing and therapeutic.
Drop-ins welcome, no need to register in advance. Classes are $14 each (cash only)
5-Class Passes are available for purchase $60, cash or check payable to The Studio

The Studio parking is located near the free-standing road sign and in front of the stores after business hours. Our studio has a flight of stairs, therefore is not wheelchair accessible. We sincerely apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
