Gentle Yoga with Jazmin, Thursdays at 8:30am
Gentle Yoga is great place to take it slow, and still experience all the benefits of yoga. In this class we focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and help students gain strength and flexibility. Jazmin guides the class while using a mix of classical hatha postures, and restorative postures with slight variations to accommodate all levels of yoga students. When you leave this class, you will be feeling refreshed and energized.
Registration is required by 6pm the day before class.

Please bring your own mat, props and water to stay hydrated! Our studio can safely allow 6 students plus teacher.
