Power Flow
A series of postures from the Present Power Series. Originally derived from the Ashtanga Primary Series, this practice has evolved to accommodate “tight” bodies. Postures are connected through vinyasa and linked to breath work, increasing strength and flexibility in all postures. This class has a heavy focus on proper alignment and hands on adjustments are offered throughout the practice. These practices are truly for “every body”.
All levels are welcome!
Drop-in welcome, no advance registration required. Classes are $14 each (cash only).
