Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep, is a meditation practice that aides in relaxation, stress management and emotional regulation. Join us at One Earth as Tabetha leads you through a beautiful journey designed around the Fall Equinox and Mabon. As our days get shorter and darker, we start to reflect on the blessings of our harvests through the year and shed away the things that do not serve us anymore. This yoga nidra experience will guide you through body connection & emotional release through specific cues that support complete relaxation and rejuvenation in a safe environment.

Meet the Instructor
Tabetha has been practicing energy healing for 10 plus years as a Level II Reiki Practitioner and intuitive therapist. She acquired her RYT-200hr certification through the Illumina Program at Three Bridges Yoga in 2018 and continued her studies focused on creating trauma-informed yoga classes. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services Tabetha combines the clinical models of mental health with the healing modalities of reiki, reflexology and yoga. Looking at what is energetically blocking you to support your physical, emotional and mental health is her specialty.
